If living at Vantage Pointe is all about lifestyle, we want to make sure the people who work with you to buy your new home really get you and what you want. So, we thought we'd introduce you to our new sales team.
Sheridan Mantor, our sales manager, is just back from a four-year stint in L.A. where she managed the sales of eight different condominium projects. But, she's a San Diego girl and had previously handled sales and marketing for the very high-end Metropolitan Condos on Omni right by Petco Park. She's joined by sales executives Jane Blake, who had been with Realty Connex, and Olga Bondarenko, who had been handling Vantage Pointe leasing. These are three professionals who really know the ins and outs of downtown living and urban residential real estate. Mantor describes her colleagues as "very personable and pros who get what people are looking for right away."
Mantor's experience with downtown condominium projects has given her a critical eye and she's hugely enthusiastic about the advantages of buying a Vantage Pointe home. "Everything is taken care of here," she says. "If you like to travel, it's 'lock and leave,' which is a lot simpler than living in a house."
Mantor points to all of the amenities a life at Vantage Pointe includes. "They're always remarked on by people visiting the building. We have a great fitness center filled with the latest equipment, a beautiful pool deck with a panoramic view of the bay, a theater room that is going to be used a lot during football season as people start moving in, and a bar that's perfect for parties.
"Plus, it's just so beautiful here," she continues. "The finish package has just what people are looking for -- lovely granite countertops, cherry cabinets, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless-steel appliances, and in-unit washer/driers. Everything is high quality. And, we have a lobby that makes you feel like you're in a luxury hotel."
As a pet owner herself -- she and her husband George have a doted-upon cat -- Mantor loves the fact that Vantage Pointe is pet friendly. "Almost everybody has a pet. I think part of what's making downtown San Diego feel like home is that you see people all over walking their dogs. They'll be part of our community at Vantage Pointe."
Then, there's the location, which she finds appealing for very specific reasons. "It's quiet up in Cortez Hill, so you can enjoy downtown, East Village, and the Gaslamp, but you don't have to deal with the noise. Everything you could want is in walking distance or accessible by trolley just a block away at Park and C. We have all these wonderful farmers markets, restaurants, nightlife. Basically, everything you want to do is right outside your door. And, we're really close to the freeway."
After being in L.A. for several years, Mantor is delighted to be back in San Diego, which she finds to be an amazing city. "It's gorgeous and pristine here," she marvels. "We have an amazing lifestyle in San Diego. And, I find it a wonderful treat to be able to help people find the right home for them at Vantage Pointe, which is so close to so much of the best of San Diego."
