Last weekend, we had a great turnout for our special Price Pointe event. Home buyers poured in, toured our one- and two-bedroom condos, saw everything from our state-of-the-art fitness facility, the theater, panoramic views from the 10th-floor pool deck -- and enjoyed some delicious appetizers and wine in our expansive lounge.

Tina and sales manager Sheridan West organized a tremendous event with local radio hosts and giveaways with us throughout the weekend.
And who was the first to sign a contract? Meet Edward and Belinda Segura of Fallbrook. They bought a one-bedroom condo at Vantage Pointe as a second home. Think weekend getaways to enjoy downtown San Diego's restaurants, music scene, and vitality.
"We liked the layout and amenities," Edward told us. "It's a great value. We'll really enjoy the theater and the work out room."
